Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development

Create and implement effective plans to boost sales and maximize revenue. Analyse market trends, identify new opportunities, and set ambitious targets.

Client Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions for high customer satisfaction. Communication, engagement, and timely follow-ups are key.

New Business Acquisition

Actively prospect for new clients, network, attend industry events, and leverage marketing channels to generate leads. Identify potential customers, pitch products/services, and close deals.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales force. Provide guidance, set targets, and foster a positive sales culture for individual and team success.

Market Analysis and Forecasting

Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities. Conduct research, analyse data, and use insights to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Skills Requirements

Strong Sales Skills

Understand sales principles, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.

Excellent Communication

Convey ideas clearly, actively listen, and inspire confidence in clients and team members.

Strategic Thinking

Think critically, anticipate changes, and formulate innovative strategies for growth.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in Systems Integration Field.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Preferred experience in IT Cybersecurity, Infra Network, Cloud Solution, Data Server Solution.

Additional Information

  • Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm.

  • Salary is negotiable based on experience.

  • Benefits include social security, health insurance, dental insurance, maternity leave, professional development, incentives, and bonuses.
  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.

  • Schedule: Fixed shift, Monday to Friday.

  • Supplemental Pay: Commission pay, performance bonus.

  • Experience: 2 year of sales experience preferred.
