Position Overview

Inside sales representatives sell products and services to customers, which could include both businesses and individuals. They seek new clients, understanding customer needs and making effective sales pitches.

Key Responsibilities

Activity

Executes structured multi-channel (call, email, social) outreach cadence.

Target audience

Targets predefined list of clients or other sourced prospects, including decision influencers, limited business decision makers.

Messaging

Delivers Client defined reason for call talk track, designed for consistent repeatable execution.

Product/Offering Focus

Focuses on Single offering specific to target audience.

Qualification/Sales Stage

Responsible for lead/opportunity assigned & qualification to the Sales Team and/or relevant department.

Deliverable

Produces Qualified lead/opportunity record in target CRM, may include scheduled meeting or other follow up expectation.

Creation of Sales Leads

Initiation of prospect calls and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.

Renewal Recurring Business

Make regular follow up to existing customers and continue business and contract.

Database

Update New or Current Client database (email, phone, contact).

Skills Requirements

Communication Skills

Strong written and verbal communications skills and use of professional business language.

Sales Skills

Consistently executes core messaging strategy, can navigate to decision makers, and establish clear next steps.

Industry Knowledge

Basic understanding target industry, able to deliver provided messaging on client solutions.

Business Operations

Able to accurately document call outcomes/notes, and record qualification criteria.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in Inside Sales
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor Degree

  • Experience: At least 1 years

  • Education or experience (IF) in IT Cybersecurity / Cloud Management / Data Management / CRM

Additional Information

  • Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm.

  • Salary is negotiable based on experience.

  • Benefits include social security, health insurance, dental insurance, maternity leave, professional development, incentives, welfare, holidays and bonuses.
  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.

  • Schedule: Fixed shift, Monday to Friday.

  • Supplemental Pay: Commission pay, performance bonus.

  • Experience: 1 year of sales experience preferred.
